Return & Exchange Policy

At AETO, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

  1. Return & Exchange Conditions

Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items must be in their original condition, unused, and returned in their original packaging, including the box, cleaning cloth, and all accessories.

The original purchase invoice or order number must be provided.

  1. Non-Returnable Items

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

If more than 7 days have passed since receiving the product.

If the sunglasses show signs of use, scratches, or damage to the lenses or frame.

Final sale items, promotional offers, or discounted products (unless there is a manufacturing defect).

  1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours of delivery. We will cover all shipping and replacement costs.

  1. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund request has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel their order free of charge within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been shipped.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
