At AETO, we understand the importance of receiving your order as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. That's why we partner with the best shipping companies to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
1. Coverage Areas
- We currently ship to all regions within the United Arab Emirates.
- International shipping is available to all GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, and Qatar).
2. Delivery Timeframes
- Within the UAE: Delivery within 24 to 48 business hours.
- GCC Countries: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days.
- Please note that orders placed on official public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
3. Shipping Fees
- Within the UAE: Free shipping on orders over AED 500. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be displayed at checkout.
- Outside the UAE: Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination country and order weight.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer a Cash on Delivery option for customers within the UAE and select GCC countries. Please ensure the exact amount is available upon the courier's arrival to facilitate a smooth handover.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an SMS or email containing your tracking number, allowing you to follow your shipment in real time until it reaches your door.
6. Important Notes
- Please provide an accurate address and an active phone number to ensure timely delivery.
- If the courier's calls go unanswered three consecutive times, the order may be cancelled and returned to our warehouse.
